Section 119
Placing, hanging or installing traffic signals

(1) In the public places deemed necessary by the department, the necessary traffic signals of color, size and pattern conforming to international practice should be posted, hung or installed.
(2) No one other than the department or a person appointed by the department shall remove, change, manipulate, erase, tear or deface the traffic signals affixed, hung or installed in accordance with sub-section (1).
